Vienna’s movement background spans both the east and west coasts, multiple aerial apparatus, and multiple forms of dance. Her gateway into the aerial world was trapeze in 2011 and silks the year after. Then came several years away from aerial, during which Vienna trained as an urban dancer and choreographer in the Bay Area. Her eventual return to aerial life was thwarted fairly quickly by the COVID-19 pandemic, but since spring 2021 Vienna has been back in the air and loving it. These days, she primarily focuses on hammock/sling and her first love, trapeze, but also branches out to other apparatus like lyra and cube. She continues to train in both CA and VA and is thrilled to be able to learn from such a diverse and talented set of people.
