VERTICAL POLE

BEGINNER VERTICAL DYNAMICS

All fitness levels are welcome in this beginner class. In a beginner vertical dynamics class, you will learn basic static pole climbs, combinations, transitions, and poses that will create and utilize upper body strength, core, lower body strength, and flexibility. Elements of this class will prepare you for spin pole, inversions, and other aerial apparatuses.

 

INTERMEDIATE VERTICAL DYNAMICS

Prerequisites: the student must attend at least six beginner Vertical Dynamics classes, perform basic inverts on both sides, and have lead instructor approval.

Intermediate Vertical Dynamics students must be proficient in beginner pole skills. This class builds on basic skills, emphasizes fluid movements, and combination memorization. Students may be introduced to spin pole and prepped for aerial inverts. Please no jewelry, lotions, or body oils. Shorts that expose your lower thigh are required.

 

POLE GRACE MINI WORKSHOP – 90 MINUTES

This is our ladies only, late night class solely focused on sculpting your inner self-esteem and outer grace. Play with body shapes that display your strength and beauty on and off the pole. (Ages +18 / All fitness levels welcome)

AIRotique Basic class structure:
Warm up for five to seven minutes
Conditioning
Review basic skills
Introduce new skill(s)
Cool down for five to ten minutes

Shorts that expose your lower thigh are required.
