We will jumpstart your cardio with mat-based intervals and plyometric exercises, then move on to circuits on our aerial apparatuses. Come tighten your core and work your upper body with our silks, aerial ropes, lyras, and static trapezes. Cirque Fit is topped off with some deep stretching to improve your flexibility. Let’s say this class is our personal version of crossfit circus aerobics!
We suggest wearing a close-fitting shirt and pants or leggings. Yoga attire and most workout gear is fine, but shorts and exposed midriffs are not recommended. Don’t forget your water bottle!
All students must be at least 18 years of age, or 15 years with a parent or guardian present during class.
